Help this model looks like this on MED:



but in engine it looks like this:



I have checked the normals and still the problem, Any idea?

I have found it!!

If I use .bmp instead .tga there is no problem, because it looks like the coat is too dark and the tga use it like transparent color.

Try removing the alpha channel from your TGA. GS has a problem with alpha-sorting...

Also, to check your normals, be sure that the "draw backfaces" option is not turned on in MED...
