Wow, it's a lot better now But it looks like you've modelled only y/z. Good luck with x axis
@ Tompo: umm...Yes it's rather easy to compare the image in the mirror and on the screen. Altough on the screen it's always kinda freaky

about x axis... now use some "in profile" photo/screen with side view to make good proportions
@ Shadow... I knew it that the guy at the avatar is not You

Never say never.

That's my alter-ego
@ aztec: you'll get best results if use the side/front photos of the same person, with same proportions... And don't forget to glance at the 3d view, 'cause the model often looks perfect on side views, but in 3d it looks waaay too different just my experience

if you still haven't found a way to do it, you may change the "front" refrence pic with "side", and turn your model 90 degrees

Well you need to have two pictures, something like this:
------
|
|
|

'-' stands for a front view picture
'|' stands for a side view picture

You can't use the front picture as a side picture because you won't create the depth view at that way, you would just have the same picture but different coordinated. X and Y will create the depth when working at this methode.
Try searching for a two different facial pictures when working with faces, a front, a side view and eventually a top view too but it isn't necessary. I mention a top view because this is just for refering to the right shape as a recheck Just google for it

Cheers

and try to make only one half of face in one moment... will be easer to make model "in profil" with picture as background At the end you'll just mirror second half
Of'course people are not symetric so in final touch change a bit one side to make a little differences
