More importantly, you are not allowed to use the actual Poser model "as a model" in your game. That is, you can't open Poser, move the sliders to get the proportions of the model, export the model as .obj/.3ds/.lwo/etc, and then use that model in your game. That is against their rules.

What is a better use, IMHO, is to use the program to get your own "rotoscope/outline" drawings and use those in your fave modeling program as background/rotoscope guides to model your own. That is pefectly acceptable.

Bottom line: Read their EULA.
