Very nice work.

By the way there is a very interesting and informative post about Ageia versus Newton on the Leadwerks forum, as the developer tried to implement both.

Very sweet, I liked the cloth, eventhough it could be more realistic than that.

Did you try to increase the physics-resolution so to speak?

That's for console use only. For PC developers, both commercial and non-commercial, it's completely royalty/payment free. Here's the press release:

It wasn't like this sometime back. I think they changed so more games use their PPU. As Ageia PPU = PC only anyways...

Why do you love PhysX? Have you actually used it?

Most programmers I know who have to work with it are very suprised. PhysX has a multi million dollar budget yet it is worse than Newton or Bullet in many regards. Most of the money must go into marketing. :p

For example Newton's custom joint feature is awesome and PhysX has nothing comparable. Newton's whole API is a lot nicer and straight forward than the PhysX one.

O´kay :D, but I saw it on CM² as an example an it looks great and on the driver examples :), i would use Newton but I don´t find a manual or something compareble where are al the functions frown - i you have one, it would be nice if you can give it smile

Yeah, this shows that they are very good in using tons of money for convincing companies to use their technology (which actually is based on ODE in case you didn't know). smile Still doesn't make it nice to use from a programmer's perspective though.
