I have already announced this in a lot of other forums:

I will soon release my first texture pack which will consist of 25 textures (stone, wood, metal and alien) and 25 normal maps. The basic quality textures (512x512) and normal maps will be free for anyone to donwload and to use in their free and commercial projects (read the license once it's out).

However I can provide high quality versions of them (1024x1024 or 2048x2048). I'm currently looking for some engine developer for a deal (like: you are allowed to provide those high quality textures to your customers and I will get a free license from you), otherwise I will give them to anyone who donates a small amount of money ($7-15).

Dumb question, but are specular maps also included?

No specular maps, there won't be specular details but I'm planning on a sci-fi texture pack in the future which will probably use specular maps.

Well, originally I planned to release 512x512 versions but then I'd have to host a roughly 20MB file. My host offers me unlimited bandwith but my diskspace is somewhat limited. If you need higher resolution textures then read the license.txt. It tells you how to get them.
