Paint them yourself.
This reaises another question: Where did you get the other textures? Are they copyrighted? So keep in mind that this model is basically not your work. The mesh might be your design but the textures probably are not.
I can tell you from my own experience that modelling meshes is a very quick job. I can do it in minutes. But creating the textures takes way more time. So it would be more locical to thank the anonym texture guy.
