Its easy as pie:

create a new section in the wiki and mae for each instruction a single page, so that you can collet small snippets for each "obscure" function. Everyone can participate, everyone is able to contribute.

Hey, there are knowledgebase sections on the WIKI, you just have to start new topics and insert your examples.
