what's meant with LOD: automatic on the a7-pro-page? that we don't have to model low-res versions of our entities anymore because the engine does that automatically?

Yes. This feature automatically generates LOD steps, so you don't need to create LOD models manually.

Need to make the lod in med? with the a7pro
for every model?

And them that is the automatic system?
or not need to make first in med?

is there any other options for us commercial users, instead of recreating all the models twice or more?

Users who don't have Pro can use a mesh reducer program for creating several models. Such a program that was uploaded by a user about a year ago if I remember right.

yeah, i read that, but i hoping for a name of a good program, didn't realize that someone had already made one. should've just asked for one.

anywho, i did find one at http://www.vizup.com/load/index.html

the product is called VIZUP, it's kinda expensive, but works well.

jcl, may i ask where i find the LoD Manager? I just dont see it.

btw, the Mesh Reducer Panel doesnot show a "Create All" or a "Target face slider"

The lod manager are in the A7 pro version
if you use A6 probably not are in the menu

Edit-->Manage levels of details

there press recalculate and create all

and save the mdl
