You're not allowed to simply 'reskin' and then use them for a commercial game. I haven't downloaded any of these models lately, so I do not know if anything has changed in the meantime, but most of these models have a txt file with a license in it. Check those ... if it says 'no commercial use', well, then you know,

True, in fact, I've just downloaded a 1.2 Gb demo. Geesh, I sure hope these demos won't become even bigger than that anytime soon though, because regardless of my 100Mbit connection, it still costs a lot of time because all these download portals have these annoying download-speed limits.
