First of all, hello and thank you for reading this

I'm currently planning to create a small high speed racing game prototype (and I mean HIGH speed).
Problem is, I need help (who would've guessed...) with the actual game mechanics.
Hence I am looking for a programmer to join me on this journey.
The game idea itself is inspired by an old game called Ballistics (2001) mixed with some elements from games of the Wipeout franchise and the likes. Basically, you'd be racing with hovering vehicles on "tube" shaped tracks (variating in diameter and not always fully closed). Furthermore there would be several types of powerups and weapons spread on the track (boosters, shields, rockets, things like that)
I can basically do everything needed for this game (or have human resources to do work in that specific area) except stuff like the movement of the vehicles and weapons and such.
I am somewhat familiar with 3DGS but I'm not really a programmer so I alone can only do "simpler" stuff like effects and the likes.
However, this might be a prototype project but it has to look decent. So if you'd be willed to work with me you should be familiar with some graphical effects/shader programming and how to add them to 3DGS (bump, specular, parallax, glow, blur, field of view, etc...).
So anyway, I can take care of all required assets and some minor actions and functions (3d meshes, 2d assets, sprites, etc.) and you'd take care of the game mechanics.

Now a little informations about myself so you know who you'd be working with
My name is Michael, I'm 24 years old and from Germany (Lower Saxony area). I worked on several game projects and mods since 1999 though most of them are not worth mentioning (so sad T_T) and none of them has been commercial. My favorite and most well known project I'm involved with is Earth's Special Forces, a TC for Half-Life where I'm the head level designer.

I guess thats about everything to say for now.
One last thing I want to mention is that this is a non payed position (yeah you know the same old story.. "bla bla if it'll be good we can sell it bla bla bla") and I'm not in a big hurry to get the whole thing done (good things take time right? ). I'm aiming for a timeframe of about 6 months or so for this prototype with 2 or so vehicles, a few powerups/weapons and one track or so.
