Direct sales, yeah maybe that is the way. I think I will try contacting church leaders and see how that goes. Hmmmnnn.

Sorry to sound negative on that one post above, but I bet that more people have actually finished their games using 3DGS than the torque users have. I can't prove it, but 3DGS seems a lot better in that regard.
A lot of talk in the torque community, but not as many finished games as we have here in 3DGS land.

Wow, sorry to hear about the education gaming mindset That sounds just like the religious gaming mindset. It has to fit a certain previous template and look and feel similiar to what they are used to, or else it's just not accepted. Sheesshh...

How to break through to these hardheads? Haha!

Maybe someday we'll get on playstation and live happily ever after. I don't know.

Ahahhaahaa a

Why asking Playstation 3 or XBOX 360 compatibility with 3DGS ?
Any people here is able to produce great quality Playstation 2 games,
or even make some simple and good games as ones in PSP that is
lot lot less powerfull than a PC and 3DGS

For example noone is able to make some good 3D fighting game as Tekken
on PSP , caus programming , Top notch 3D art is not for here

And i don't talk about Next Gen Titles on PS3 , that you can't compete with.

So asking an SDK for some machines you won't use it's power for a csolid game is useless : )
People asking that should try make some PS2 games like FF12 , God Of War ,
GTA or any other good game on their PC first
Well seeing lot of good games on PSP , and seeing nothing as good in indie
forums , caus it asks even on PSP very good 3D art,
well i just find that useless, but usefull if you target make litlle games,
that's another story in that case.
but needs solid 3D art ,

If you want ART, then goto an art festival. lol

If you want scenic views, then goto a mountain top.

Btw, marble BLAST, which was basically a copy of the old Marble MADNESS idea from years ago, was Torques all time best seller and it has sucky art.

So, I guess that FUN is the primary goal in a game, maybe? lol

I reckon theExpert is talking about games which don't fit in the casual game genre, such as RPG's FPS etc. The game can be fun then, but if you don't have some good artwork you're screwed cause the fun factor only last for a while without it
