Hello comunity.

a couple days ago, I finally found some inspiration for a game.... but, its going to be a remake. If anyone remembers the game Zelda, A link to the past, this game will be a piece of cake... cause i'll only be remaking the game 3d, and adding in some extra features.

So these are some really early screenshots of it so far.. I'll keep you updated.

Devon.

Yes I remember.. good ole NES.

I really like the round edgy comic style and I think it fits the original very well. I am sure it would be fun playing.. and worth it, if you keep it up that way.

I would not use a 3rd person cam, but more a fixed cam looking with a -60 tilt on him. And please use higher texture resolutions.

I wish you much fun with this project!

Hmm, please not again a copyright flame. It's just a small hobbygame (ok, 1% of it). Nobody from Sony or Haste-Nich-Gesehn will care.

Not a flame just a warning from somebody who is still fighting a case with square over Parasite Eve (a game they discontinued 10 years ago.)

Actually, yes they will and this will get shutdown if Nintendo finds out. Similar Nintendo hobby games have been shutdown many times. It's a matter of heading off diluting the brand and avoiding customer confusion. This game is available or will be available on the Wii Virtual Console or GBA or DS, and if there's a free, 3D remake floating around then that can potentially hurt sales. I'm actually on the side of Nintendo on this one, so I would just stop production and save yourself the trouble.
