Sorry if I sounded too harsh, between the price and the quality I guess he might not. I was just saying that he should seriously think before considering selling his models.

I'm not trying to discourage any newbs, but he's going to disappointed if he expects any sales. I started with 3DGS back in 2003 as a level designer and started modeling in 2005, I seem to have natural skills in modeling but I never was good at 2D stuff, but I'm sure if I was trying to assemble a pack of models to sell I could really push myself to get it right. The only reason I'm not good at 2D is because I don't really try and the 3D part is so much fun.

I think he needs practice. But I firmly believe that he should be able to charge whatver he likes for his models, because the value is in the eye of the beholder. Where I might think they are only worth $1, someone else might pay $20 for them. and if it it took him 5 minutes to make them, then he just made $20 for 5 minutes investment. Not bad, if you ask me.

@all: Take a look at the other "crap" at turbosquid. Most "artists" at turbosquid are very expensive.
If you need affordable content then look at dexsoft or gamebeep.
