Unfortunately it didnt work out, still the same problem.
I also tried to work with

str_cmp(save_dir, "\\screenshots");

with and without the unc signs, with no success.

Are you using a packer and are you able to save screenshots or any kind of game-data in the desired folder? when yes, how?
