Any can help and give me workshop or link where can get workshop with one good (or almosyt anything quality)water shader! Then i can see how tu use that on shaders and so on! From compiles ready jobs i cant understand haw get this done!

On the AUM Resources page under Tutorials you'll find a intro to shader programming. You can also purchase books such as the ShaderX series.

In the mtlFX.wdl are two water shaders, also here on the shader forum are many water shaders and in the last AUM issues are also many water shaders. But to learn how they are done the best book is the ShaderX book.

Bad idea! In this country from who i come peoples arent so rich to buy even books for 20- 30 dollars!

And that can be when effects fails? Some of them shows like black or white terrain!

No offence but you asked where you could buy them. I simply pointed at a point where you could do just that. I am of course not aware of your state of wealth. But hey 3dgs costs even more so you could cough up $20 for a book right. Or just search the internet. Enough tutorials about HLSL :

This one is openGL, but you could use it for the required technique

or look at NVidia's ocean shader on how they did it.
