In manual it only state it jump to the beginning of "while" loop

not even mention the "do" or "for" loop.
So no increment in for loop is correct, but jump to the check part of "for" loop is a bug

But in the book "The C Programming Language", page 65, the continue statement is:

In the while and do, this means that the test part is executed immediately; in the for, control passes to the increment step.
