The original thread got a wrong database index due to a server reboot, so I'm answering in a new thread.
I got your FBX file now, but it animates fine. You need to check "Bones" and uncheck "Convert to Points Animation". Also make sure that you're using the latest version, 7.05. Old versions can't import multiple animation weights.

yeap, I forget to mention, in this case, the skinning is wrong, the number of bone influence per vertex = 1, and I get the same result as the .X import
So, It s a bug, or only pro version support it

But I dont understand what multiple mean. Because I have use MED to open some model downloaded at AUM resource and they must have at least 3 bone influence/vertex to have that kind of smooth skinning.

But I still open other model with more than 3 bone influence /vertex in MED.So It means Conitec LIMIT user to creat model with skeletal animation, not use them?

You can not create multiple bones weights in MED but only import them. And if you import them they will still animate and render with one bone per vertex only unless you have Pro.
