What happens, if you press the C button for duck mode.
Are you able to enter the room then?

If you press F11 two times in run mode, you can watch the map geometry and the bounding boxes of your models.

If you add the 3rd person camera script and press F7 in run mode, you can also watch the bounding box of your player.

If you have left the construct frame as first frame in your models you will get very broad bounding boxes.
It's better the first frame of your model animation is a stand animation with hanging arms.
