Easier - yes but there is one thing:
There are bots scanning for E-Mail addresses all the time and they are looking for [TEXT]@[TEXT].[ENDING]. If your address got scanned you can enjoy loads of spam-mails. That's why in most cases you shouldn't officially write down your E-Mail address but try to "hide" it in some kind of fashion just like writing all the [at] and [dot] things...

and it wont take long until there are bots that can figure that out as well...

just make it look like lol at ownd dot com and the bots can't read it ^^

spam isnt a real thread anyways nowadays. there are pretty good filters out there... if you know how to use 'em you won't be bothered
