Thanks Ilidrake lostclimate has a point The skin could use some more detail
but I don't think the poly count is to much! maybe if you had a lot of models inveiw at the same time it would have an impact on the framerate

the zombie had a good dentist,lol. he has very nice teeth, maybe you should dirty them up and bust out a few of them, real rotten like.

the skin (not texture) itself is bland, you need to add to it, maybe make the whole face look like that area just above the cut on his face or something.

How you can have a mdl model with several meshes each with its uv and texture?
Please, explain my how is possible. I have 3 obj model , already textured and uvmapped but Med ricognize them with ONE model without grouping. The same risult with a grouped one model .

I use 3dsmax make each mesh as a seperate object uv map and texture them and then export to mdl with the max to mdl exporter
