Looks like Hexagon or Milkshape cannot do that :cry:

delete everything but the meshpart you want to export and use the "merge" function in med to reassign the different exported parts again to one single structure.

I used this procedure but still Med make ONE SINGLE MESH WITH ONE GROUP
all the uv are lost in the process.
