Some of the grammatical structures in German can be pretty hairy, especially in separated verb clauses which are unlike anything in english.. and need that human context to figure out. I think it will still be a while before babelfish can figure it all out correctly. Probably there is technology to do it already, but Babelfish is around 9-10 years old and a little dusty
