The proportion are indeed better this time but the organic shape to fit the average humain model could be improved but I guess for a test human model, this isn't a must

Do you mean the muscle shapes? Yes but it should be a standard mesh for a human , that will have clothes on it ; the face is the problem. I don't like the current and want to do another version with more accurate proportion.
After that , I will modify it in 3 version: male, female, fat male
think kinpin that use 3 standard models using a lot of skin for the details.
