that's some great idea's there indeed! I'll get to that (i needed to write a custom function anyway for the rotation of the bones). that indeed could improve FPS... LOADS.
but as i said before, this is only a first test show-off, showing that i got the _basic_ function down

Yes, if you read my post, i told you a function like that will be build in, but you didnt give such good concrete examples like gafgar 
anyway, working on this has halted untill probably the weekend. Have some other project to round up (Flash, not 3dgs related).
After that i can FINALLY start on either my RPG again (most probably) or continue this and make a sample FPS... (or maybe even none, depends on DEX ) besides that i got a level design job on a GREAT game (ERROR_014) 
(and offcourse work during the weeks, i work on Killzone 2).

mine, it's been there for AGES (check AUM 47), but it kinda isnt in production anymore cuz none of the teammates have free time (or stopped developing games).
So I have to do it all alone...

wow, awesome people are still interested. I am sorry i had no further development on this though. have been working like crazy on killzone 2, and my Thesis also ate my time (and unfortunatly, ragdolls arent part in that). at the end of the week the deadline of my thesis ends, i might be working on that after the weekend.
also, decided im gonna release this for free, though that means im not gonna make a manual, and not gonna give lots of custom support. though everything is commented, you still need to be more or less experienced to use this thing...
anyway, thanks for the interest, appreciate that
