Remember back in gradeschool, when they posed the question of what you'd do if you were president.. and had you write an essay or.. give a speech..?

Some of you said you'd end world hunger, some of you said you'd make marijuana legal (lol). Either way, a large variety of answers came to be, and you got to know how people viewed the world or what they held important in theirs.

Well.. in today's time.. the business world and more and more people are thinking less like nations and empires and more like a global community. Even so, leadership still determines the destiny of all within the world looking to it for guidance. Even so, issues exist, and it's leadership's job to address and amend those issues, along with making progress.

As you you probably can tell, I've given alot of thought to the inquiry. I have my own answer(s) to the question, even. But I was curious what everyone else thinks.. SO. As my topic's inquiry.. complete the sentence:

"If I ruled the world..."

If I ruled the worl.. I would add the 'd' to the end.

okay okay

If I ruled the world, I would give the power to someone, else since I don't want to be the one to be shot down because of my DICTATURIC RULE OVER YOU DAMN SMALL, HOPELESS AND WORTHLESS PEONS!

It would be WWII all over again, but I've already won

...and yes, I mean that. I'd kill everyone, personaly and slowly.

If I ruled the world ... I'll convert the whole mankind into an reasearch society. Everything is being done for scientific purposes. SO we can get back the years, the church ruined by hiding new discoveries and killing brilliant people while telling they are possesed by the devil...

@ Micheal.. I'm right there with you.. only I'd also disestablish nations.. no more natialities.. recognition of humanity firs,t ethnicity second. No more flags, no more anthems. No more men arming against other men.. perhaps against whatever's out there what means harm to us all.. but no more arming, rivalry and competition between humans.

There'd be no mor war on earth after ..dunno.. a half century.. and the dust of rebellion against the change settles.. unless some cocky alien race wants a piece of us.

Earth's power would be devoted to advancement.. and to serious, government backed combat of the plagues on earth. Every disease that could be starved to death, would be. I'd personally sponsor research that leads to interstellar capability, or at least ability to traverse our own system in reasonable realtime.

Earth would have a different face, (and so would it's money) by the time I was done. Hopefully I'd finish it all before I get sniped for being the anti-christ, though.. that would be a major concern.

I'd get leaders and the brightest people from different nations together to develop and implement form some kind of earth based real meta-democracy with the interests of humanity including developing culture and science at the center, with some kind of system of checks to prevent fundamentalist movements of all sorts from corrupting the system
