Don't know , but in team play , for me it's BattleField 2 and BF 2142 !!
UT3 is good , and you can shoot from very far , even more if you use the sniper rifle style weapon ?
In UT3 what i like is the team capture the flag in outdoors big maps (even if not as big as some good ones on BF2) !!

Call Of Duty 4 multiplayer with it's personalisation class system could be a serious top over the top game !
And it's far from Quake Wars bunnies
But for now i'm waiting pure gameplay and fun with Metroid 3 on WII
