I know just the game for you.. Voyages Of Discovery. You'll need an amiga emulator, and it's old, but if were willing to play Civ, then I guess you don't mind the 8-bit graphics. Hotseat is also available for multiplayer in the same computer.. Used to have a blast with this one with my friends for years!

Don't mention international shipping!.. I brought a CD from the US the other week, shipping from the store only cost $7.50. But then when it came over to England I had to pay the Royal Mail £12 (~$24) in customs charges (£8 (~$16) was in "International handling fees" and the rest was in VAT (Value added tax). I didn't mind paying the VAT, but paying an extra £8 for shipping (when I'd already paid the store in America) was just taking the p... ¬_¬
