not in australia, mate, but yeah. in aus we still get the esrb notices "experience may change during online play" as you've noted, but the esrb rating has nothing to do with the game's classification in australia. we have our own board and set of rules.

which suck, btw. no ratings higher than ma15+. i wrote an email asking about it, and telling them why they're contradicting themselves (if you see their code you'll know what i mean), and they sent me a letter from the governor general's office saying that they've had a couple meetings in the last two years to discuss their rules, but no explanation as to why they suck.
