This would result (at least in america) to numerous sues when stupid people do stupid things and want money for it.
Safety labels are there to aid and guide stupid people not to do stupid things so the company does not have to pay to stupid people for doing stupid things.
The best of them all is the currently EVERYWHERE safety label in Take-Away coffee mugs:
"Caution: Coffee can be hot, handle carefully"
"Yesterday was once today's tomorrow."
