Which is quite honestly the most pathetic thing ever... and I don't quite agree. It's definitely there for companies to be able to say 'screw you we told you this could happen' more so than to really prevent stupid people from doing stupid things... because honestly I don't believe stupid people would actually read those labels before doing their stupid things...
I also genuinely think that most of those lawsuits simply have been the result of America's law system where you can sue anyone for just about anything.

Thats just so true. Im pretty sure that in america you could sue the Borg from Star Trek for Genocide, slavery, destruction of innocent worlds and so on and leave WINNING...
