My car fails to start this morning, can you explain why? No of course you can't. Maybe you can assume why it's not, but you can't be sure only speculate.

So please add some more details about your problem. Which engine version? Are you in trial mode or registered. Can you compile a executable if you just try something simple instead of a whole project? What error messages did you get, and so on!

The only explantion I can give you right now is that you don't own Pro and without Pro you have only 1 option for Publishing, which is: Compile exe. Make sure you checked it otherwise you do not get a executable created for your project.

Also what Sam_Be said. Maybe you have stopped the build after error about a missing file. You should ignore the missing file, or make sure the file is where the script expect it to be in order for the build to successfully complete.
