Yeah , but ,whats the point of this , I mean , what can you do with heads ? You need the body and clothes too , this software , is really just useless. There's pretty much no substitute for having a modeler , all this programs are garbage , and just a waste of money.

I don't think so. This tool from DAZ works with Michael or Victoria base mesh. Both are not allowed to use in real-time game productions.
It is always the same like we can also experience with Make Human or Poser files: Best approach will be you use such models only for reference in background layers and create your own mesh around it.
Bethesda licensed for Oblivion the facegen SDK to control and animate their heads ands faces. They took their own meshes and used the technique to do these really awesome facial animations.

I know is use daz head models but also You can use your own .obj head models, then you can use for any you like

Yeah that was the first thing to pop in to my mind when I looked at the SDK. Also I'm pretty sure the FaceGen was used when you decided on the characteristics of your avatar when starting the game.
