How is THIS supposed to be? Do you have any official agreements with Nintendo (of America.. or whatever) - does this come from your gathering with Atari? Its been a long time since you made mysterious hints about that, so, whats the deal, how does this all affect the development of the 3DGS suite?

Cheers and best wishes,
Christian

considering the engine is dx9, I think all it would be is support for use of it on pc's, using those hacky drivers from the internet.

Would be interested to find out if that's right though. Or is the engine gonna shift to open gl with support for the wii like torque?

Gamestudio won't support the Nintendo console, only the remote controller and similar Bluetooth based devices.

How would you like better support? What is missing?

Currently I have to use Doc Joe's DLL for proper right and left slider support, and for vibration. Actually, vibration would be great for normal controllers too(like the Logitech Dualshock). Perhaps A7 has this somewhere and I missed it, but if not, hopefully one day.

Sounds like a good post for the Future forum.

Force feedback, makes sense. But what do you think is the proper slider support for the XBox360 controller?

Is Doug so excited of the Wiimote?

Doug, I can send you my Wiimote DLL + beta Lite-C Code if you can't wait for it any longer

?

I'm not that excited about the Wiimote (I already have my own DLL to play with ).

I was talking to William about the XBox360 control (yes, I'm off-topic ).
