Hi, this is kind of random, but i was looking at the website in your signature and it seems that you have some spelling mistakes in the 'about us' section, and if you need a modelor I can try to help you.

To see what 3d models i have made and animated, see the link to my bloghttp://championsdawn.blogspot.com

Ok , it seems the Lara Croft one doesnt exist for me but the 'LowPoly Character Modeling' is similar to the Joan of Arc one so its another good one to check out too.

i`m not to sure about blender but in max to set a bg image you just click on the toolbar views then down to viewport bg, and from there you navigate and select your bg image.

Doof_Guy: ok im glad you mentioned that thanks, also Beyond Games is looking for modelers so ide be more than happy to look at some of your work and hopefully put you down for the team. send some work to my email address at cdtjones69@hotmail.com as i use that 24/7 and hardly check the beyond games one.

Nems: Yeah i like the joan of arc tut it shows me alot about modeling and skinning.

jigalypuff: Thanks mate i just gotta install it then start modeling, also do u know how to set a bg image on 3dgs model editor as i use that most of all for low poly models (various objects)

in med, it`s toolbar, view, background view, it`ll open up a small box, just tick which ones you want the image to be viewed in as in x/y view or x/z view.

well lightwave is good, blender is free but has a steep learning curve, those are the only other modeling programmes i have used apart from max.
