Okey, to make my suggestion more clear: "If you don't need the bones, then you can" export your model in blender to mdl7, load it into the free version of MED, and then "save your model as MDL5." because "That's the old format which is" working within "the older and newer versions of the engine." (Maybe, I'm wrong, because I didn't test it. But, did you try that?)

Do you think that I can't read? Just repeating an already written sentence is sometimes no answer at all. Especially, when a different question is asked. I didn't post my reply in a modified way to bother you, I did it, because out of your posts, it isn't clear what you actually tried to do. These things are full of details, and as long as you don't offer details about what you already tried you can't expect to get any solution.
