I'm no expert, but in c-script the fps did stop at "max" in windowed mode as well as fullscreen. why can't I get this to apply in lite-c ?

var fps_max = 60 // but its 130! (in windowed mode!) 60 in full !

get it ? can this be fixed `? be nice .. big speed differences in my player movement!

fps_max = 60; inside your function main() without var.

If speed differences are what you are worried about, just multiply speeds by the time variable, and they will be the same speed on any fps.
