No, the "not enough memory" message is unrelated to the nexus, or can be even caused by giving a insanely high value for the nexus.

The message is related to your PC. Because there's no virtual memory left, you can't start large applications, like an engine. It can be solved by increasing the virtual memory in your System Settings, or by finding the reason for the high memory requirement of your PC. Probably it's some programs that you run in the background.
