Sorry to say this, but the [unblock] option is not available.

Basically, right click onto the .chm file and select [Unblock].
Too bad! I think that Conitech should release their tutorials and help in more standard (.pdf, .doc, etc.) formats instead of a .chm file. Even a .htm file will suffice! Not being able to read the tutorials is really a severe blow, as I do not know how to survive otherwise .
