Thanks for reply!! the first question, Unfortunately shaders of wiki don't have autor names or emails for contact.. lostclimate i don't know if it's done in hlsl.. But if you know an other source code to do cartoon shader with alpha, or can help me i will be indebted with you!! Thanks for all!!
