Hello there, I am an old A engine user from back in the A4 and A5 days. I'm really liking the improvement that has been made with this Game Authoring System.

I know that this engine uses the latest DirectX for graphics. I was wondering if you could create a game that could run on older computers by making it possible to have a lower resolution and the ability to set it to Software mode instead of DirectX or Direct3D or however that works.

I think you can set it for 640x480 and 16 bit graphics.
You can disable the 3d lighting but you can't disable 3d sound etc..

how can 3d lighting disable?

afaik you can't set games to software-mode anymore. The last version supported that was the A5. But you can still use the downgrade for A6 to use that feature.
