for a horror game?

as a low LOD stage this is good, but when in close up (asuming it's first person, or atleast have the camera close to the model).
the small roof on the front can use loads more detail, the top of the roof should be more dirty, and the grass is too green.
i also noticed some area's where the wall texture doesnt tile, and on other spots it looks like the scale of the bricks in that wall is completely different.
i like the bar sign, but again, the post could use more detail.
windows look fine, but try smashing some/boarding some up.

now here's the constructive crits you need, continue on developing your skills
BTW, what modelling program did you use?
