Hi everyone.

Recently i have purchased a 3dgs extra edition. I have gained some experience in modelling and animating with med, but now i want to make a huge outdoor terrain level, like in games like morrowind or oblivion, for example. (Obviously a little smaller )
I´ve created a default terrain 33x33 sided and used the magnet tool to make mountains and valleys. But i don´t know how to texture it. With a Icex 2.0 you can make terrains and texture them with a kind of brush tool, really easy, but when i try to import these terrains to wed, the textures appear bad.
How can i texture with grass, snow, etc... like in Ice 2.0 but with MED.

Any sugestion?

Within this section is a fixed function effect by Steempipe that offers the feature you may be seeking.

Thank you, Nidhogg and Nems.

Yesterday i made with success a terrain export from icex2.0 to WED. The problem was that i selected a few export options that 3dgs Extra Edition doesn´t supports. The textures appear now correctly (low resolution), but it´s enough for me by the moment, because now i can test the things i want to do with a very huge terrain.
