Perhaps this is a dumb question, but should dynamic lights still appear on blocks?
In A7, for me at least, they only affect models.
I've only used the templates to test them, but I know it worked fine in A6.

should definitely still work on blocks. been ages since i used them (level blocks i mean), so i can't be much help, but trust me, they're meant to work.

Yeah, I thought that was kind of weird. Like I said it works fine in A6 for me.

Sorry if I seem persistent.
I'm not sure what would be different to cause it not to or keep it from working.
I did download the most recent update, but it hasn't worked for me since I've purchased A7. I've not had much time to devote to using the program so I haven't asked about this earlier. I could try reinstalling A7, uninstalling A6, or both. I'm not sure what either of them will do. I am running on Vista, but I'm pretty sure I chose to run installation files as an administrator.
I can check some of the stuff running in my computer later. Like I said though, it worked in A6.

I had actually tried that. It initially didn't work, but I realized that the mesh size wasn't zero in the map properties and that was also affecting it. So I think the problem, for me at least, is solved.  I didn't know that had an effect though so thanks for the reply!
