I'm having problem to download the demo, it always direct me
to the page with the following messages :

Error - Request Failed
There was an error processing your request. If you're using a download manager,
try disabling it. Otherwise, please try again later or contact support for help.

I have already changed my browser settings as they suggested :
MSIE| Internet Options | Security | Custom Level... | Scripting | Active scripting | Enable

I have send 3 emails to the support team within 2 weeks regarding the
above issue without response.

Can anyone help?
