Saw I, II, III, IV are all excellent movies. Saw III and Saw IV in particular are amazing. House on Haunted Hill and Back to House on Hanted Hill (also known as House on Haunted Hill 2) are great. Hostel II is very cool. The Omen is pretty cool. 28 Days later and 28 weeks later are okey movies, not great. Resident Evil: Extinction is godlike... easily the best movie I've seen this year. I've seen more horror movies, but I guess most of them weren't very awesome.
