Kitty Karnage Trailer

The first look at the gameplay of Kitty Karnage. Please excuse the low qaulity, but its the best I can do at the moment. You'll notice the video trails and blobs in spots, and I don't understand why.

But, onto the video!

Maybe he is aiming at the fact that the level itself consists of geometry within an area of almost nothing besides a background color. Maybe you can add geometry that's just too far away to jump to or slide on? I'm thinking about rocks and cliffs, the interior of a butcher's room or something, I don't know, if the geometry interfers with the camera then adding it is not a solution, maybe the idea of adding blood rain alone will already solve this emptyness??

Cheers

Anyone here ever play Megaman for the GBA? A pretty lame game, yes, but I liked how they solved the boring background problem. Saw you were in a place involving food. You would see hamburgers floating and spinning it the background. If you were at the zoo, there were teddy bear like things floating in the background. But they didnt make it too busy so that it was difficult to see everything. The colors were well contrasted. It was a pretty good idea.

Pehaps a crazy portal at the bottom of the level that you fall into? Theirs going to be blood rain, regular rain, lots of funny signs, physics to play with, im also adding a few cinematics and narration skits. Here is the intro narration.. www.stansmedia.com/intro.wav
and a skit from level 9.. www.stansmedia.com/area109.wav
