I agree with Inestical as far as the bull animation not being perfect - but that's pretty dificult...other than that the game really rocks!!!

the bull animation dosent have to be perfect.

However, it looks crappy.

And animation quality like that for a model that is constantly on screen tells you something about the creator. Maybe he didnt put enough time into the MAIN character. If the bull was some background model walking around grazing, then the animation can be accepted low. But when the bull is in front of the camera all the time, and sliding his hooves when turning, it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Now what you have to do before hastily trying to ship it out to publishers is to spend time working on the aesthetic parts of your game like animations, blood effects, and textures, as these are pretty lacking IMO. No one has to be a disney animator to animate bull, as all you need is time and patience.

This is about trampling humans, simple as that. So pump up the blood effects, spray gallons of blood into the air, smear the bull with blood. Make a random chance for a runner to be impaled on the bull's horn and leave blood trails while moving. I saw a few cuts of the bull's having fire on their horns, so set some runners on fire. The impression of your game idea is a brash, fun and careless romp into a bull's revenge against humans. Make it look that way.

Honestly, you should spend more time with the little things, as I think thats the best part in the development process.

My reaction is that the trailer is original and the quality is pretty consistent. I don't agree with straight_heart that the animation is unacceptable. Yes, it can be improved. But that is really detail. The important thing is game play. Is it fun to play? So concentrate on the game part of the game. You can always refine the graphic details later.

It seems like a fun game already, but I do think the animations of the bull could be improved, also you don't seem to use ent_blend for animation blending, this could improve things a lot for you.. It's important in these kind of games that the animation goes fluently from one animation cycle into another one, otherwise it will look crappy no matter what ...

What could be simply improved in the animation if you use bones is, that the model could bow(?)/bend when cornering. I mean the bull is no hard beam, itīs a "soft" bow able thingy. You know what I mean. Its no car. Its bones in the back are turnable.

Bablefish:If the bull runs in curves should itself its spinal column bend, so that its body adapts to the cam shape.

Amen to that!

But, the bull animations needs to be improved, or else the critics both on this forum and also the ones external will cite this as an example. <why they do this?>

So, please improve the animatiions for your own sake and not ours.

Thanks to my video I am contrat in AAA developer videogame company how level designer (I have write this in the work )

Probably the game finally have only five or six level but when a freeware/donation licence

The animation work bad in video but not ingame, the strafe move is a artitan licencial for more fun, you need touch the especial brake/strafe boton.
