You can call Conitec any workday during normal office hours - their coffee break is not so long.
When your payments are rejected by Internet stores, your credit card or email address can be on a black list. Share-it processes payments through Digital River, the biggest Internet store system. Digital River is proud to claim that their algorithms detect all fake payments and suspicious orders. Indeed since we work with them, we have almost no problems anymore with stolen credit card numbers or bad checks.
The down side is obviously that they err on the side of caution. I guess up to 5% completely innocent customers can't pay through Digital River. Usually you enter a black list when you often cancel orders and withdraw payments. You should contact the Share-It customer service and inquire why your payment is rejected. Otherwise it can happen that more and more Internet shops don't want your money anymore.
