The password is accepted, but the download is unreachable. So when I start the download, the download manager wait 5 minutes and then it say, that it is defect. Other downloads are possible to completely download.

If your download manager doesnt work, maybe its because the files are very large? Check your download manager if it can handle 100 MB files, or use a better download manager.

It's the normal manager from IE7.
And the error isn't that with too large. I can download the massive shader collection over 100 MB

If you can't access protected files on the Internet, some IE setting could be responsible for that. However I don't know which one. Maybe another user has an indea.

It is on all other password protected files on gamestudio. From others websites with password protection, i dont know, because i don't know other websites with passworded downloads.

close all firewalls and av software, use firefox and try again, if it still isnt downlading, then there is a problem with your password.
