Awesome, looks really nice with the blurred stencilshadows. I am hoping someone makes use of the 'egg' animation included and gets these things spawning hatchlings all over the place

@Slin: Can you point me at some threads/articles about the blurred stencils, I am looking for a good shadow solution at the mo.

@aztec: I do have this model in a lower tri count version, I could probably rig it up in an hour or so, let me know if people would prefer it with less polies.
